Write Away
“You can’t wait for inspiration, you have to go after it with a club.” - Jack London
ONE IDEA
You’ll often discover your best ideas when writing. Forcing yourself to write, forces your brain to think.
ONE ACT
When you’re struggling for ideas or creativity, write down everything that you’re thinking about. Your writing doesn’t have to be good, it doesn’t even have to make sense. It’s simply about getting the thoughts and ideas out of your head and onto paper.
The act of writing compels your brain to draw new connections between ideas. It can’t help itself.
ONE QUESTION
Which people give me energy? Which people take it away?
Pastel Sunset in Kyoto, Japan.
This photo was taken by an artist named Elora Pautrat. I came across her page earlier this week and absolutely loved her use of pastel colours in environmental art.
You can find many more images like this on her website, or Instagram page.

Short, sweet, to the point. Something I need to learn in my writing as I find my voice, my niche.
And I must ask you, how did you come across Elora Pautrat? I just went to her site and the work is beautiful! I'm trying to find an outlet to be inspired visually.
